Email Activation Trouble - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i installed joomla 1.0 , reason when register test don't receive email activation link click on.  went through global configuration on admin side , made sure "allow user registration" , "allow account activation" checked "yes" , still no email sent me click on activation link.  appreciated.

about problem, ought working but... site installed on localhost or live webserver? can post system info? , e-mail method enabled in global configuration (smtp, phpmailer...)?

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
