Tinkerkit fries some of the modules

somehow tinkerkit! fries of modules. have bought of parts @ farnell genuine somehow potentiometer fried on i0 , thermistor started smell. both killed @ first connection. of course first connected , powered arduino.

strangest thing things ldr working fine (on port i0) have no idea going on. bought of tinkerkit-parts don't dare put other parts on shield. can not fry other parts , why frying? new antistatic bag.

do mean tinkerkit io shield ?

make sure using input side not output side (double check).

there no reason should doing see. leonardo lcd tinkerkit still going strong.
what have shield connected , pins inserted into  main board (i presume uno ) correctly ? small round notched areas orient of board , line same notches on uno.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe
