eXtplorer gives me hundreds of errors - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello everybody
i tried install extplorer on joomla 1.5 installation , looking when installed (gave me message saying installed) clicked on components/explorer configure , thats when got this:

and thats 1/50 of "strict standards" messages get. have clue whats going on joomla extplorer?

i trying find ftp-client joomla users can use login ftp server. extplorer work this, if working?

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
