how to stop email attachments from automatically converting to PDF

am new this, please forgive.  in last week, every word (2003) attachment 1 of attorneys emails me in outlook(2003) finalizing converting automatically pdf (adobe 8 pro).  how turn off?  have looked everywhere , neither of guys have changed (nor know how).  do? attachments show word once clicked, convert.  help.

try right clicking on file , directly saving disk. can open file in word?

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
