GPS: Use NeoGPS for flight mode then TinyGPS++ for flight

hi all,

working on high altitude gps use. in order need gps put flight mode. neogps library can put gps in flight mode want use tinygps++ library actual flight.

i'm wondering if flight mode temporary thing or on until turned off. mean can put gps flight mode neogps library upload new sketch using tinygps++ gps still in flight mode?
