Need Help Printing Booklet

i've been trying day print indesign file converted pdf booklet , having no luck.  have headache @ point.  i'm trying print company phone directory created yesterday in indesign.  i'm trying print our ikon cppp500 printer.  select following options:     paper   8.5 x 11r                                                page scaling  booklet printing

                              orientation  portrait                                     booklet subset  both sides

                              layout 2 up                                                        binding left

                              scale 100

                              page order printer default

                              duplex on

                              folding center fold

                              stapler center

                              color black & white

 

i leave pretty other defaults is.   problem cover page , last page come out small on first  page , in landscape (side side), pages aren't in order either.  i'm lose mind, seems every option i've tried won't give me correct folded booklet. 

most of time, in experience, booklet functions in printer driver in conflict imposed documents. need read manual find out booklet setting in driver does, , figure out if need send separate pages, or 2 page spreads (which print booklet making), , whether should in imposed order or consecutive. may have 4 or 8 page dummy figure out what's going on.

 

i don't know ikon machine, can fold , stitch without selecting "booklet"?

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe
