How do I save in GIF format as to make it animated?

i have tried everything...i using photoshop cs3 extended , have made animated picture moves well. no problem there, when save file, cannot save layers save , picture animated. seems saving 1 animated frame. can walk me through saving process step step insure haven't missed something?! thank time.

esp note step 8: "from file menu select export export document movie or under save option save file gif. sure select save web , devices (.gif under option)."

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
