How to best deliver video for bandwidth and copyright protection?

i'm thinking of producing online technical video tutorials, , wondering how should deliver them following in mind:

- want keep download size small possible. i'm thinking of using captivate create swfs each tutorial, maybe has nothing flex.

- don't want able download swfs , distribute them, etc. (copyright protection).

my questions:

1) should use videodisplay control, , stream video?

2) users able right-click , save swf locally?

3) videos cached? reduce data transfer on side when users want view multiple times, mean copy of swf saved , accessible misuse locally?

any other hints on keep in mind when offering online video tutorials appreciated.
