How do I delete certain pixel colors from background?

hi there, i'm using cs3 ext. looking cut body background. since picture blury because in particualr frame arm moving, pixels arm intertangled black pixels in background. wondering if there way delete black have tanned pixels (from arm) show no black? tried using magic wand cuts around blury arm , not delete in between black pixels.

 

there seems lot of options thinking there must way more precise. maybe can copy black pixels eye dropper , delete black automatically leaving lighter arm pixels in tact don't know how this. thank you.

use eraser tool soft brush , low opacity , build layers of erasure multiple strokes. or use layer mask , same black brush.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe
