Lightroom stopped importing photos from cf card and other programs

the program stalls when try import photos thumbs or cf card.  when hit on got error:

database"c/.....\lightroom catalot.ircat":     primary key must unique

statement:  insert aglibrary tagimage(id_local, flattenedparams, image, pick, postitionincollection, tag, tagkind)

values(?,?,?,?,?,?,?,);

 

what's going on?  there wrong catalogue?  attached screen shot of error got above

when tried hit option in menu.

 

please help!

catalog corrupted. start new catalog or restore catalog backup if have fresh one. if have done work lose since last catalog backup, try sending dan tull (dtull@adobe.com) - might help.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe
