help editing template - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello, hope easy question answer , hope right forum.

if on front of website: 

http://motocamel.com/joomla/

it says 'joomla! free software released under gnu/gpl license.'

where can edit different?  checked html , .css , cannot seem find it.
any appreciated.
