Access permissions lack critical approval process - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i understand joomla's access approval permissions allow authors , editors submit content not publish it. however, once content (dynamic or static) published, editor can edit without approval higher authority. ability of editors make changes without review person higher privileges creates kind of security problem, larger organizations number of editors large.

does have solution problem? open-source cms platform adequately deal problem?
