CS4 is the Worse release of Adobe | Installation failure

dreamweaver cs4 installation disappointing. tried installing multiple time below error. have downloaded trial verison of dwcs4 , never gets installed properly. screenshot attached.
many people facing same problem, there no proper solution it. tried installing 10times folnowing procedures given in below urls , tried 3days no use;

uninstalled cs4 , adobe products
uninstalled cs4 using ms clean uninstall (msiuu2)
uninstalled using msiuu2 , wincs4 cleanupscript

 

bad of adobe launch applications not tested. dont see sense in purchasing adobe tools because if trial doesnt work full version doesnt work...

i appreciate, if 1 can me step step procedure.error attached in screenshot.
my laptop has vista home premium, amd, 4 gb ram.

i've joined forum hoping find answers issues come me.

i don't feel have answer 1 of things bother me in forums when no 1 responds.

i hate vista. in fact dell bought came xp downgrade . read through these posts find

that vista errors outnumber xp @ least 10 1. agree adobe should have done more research it's tuff with

a terrible operating system. can't wait windows 7.

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
