Any way to create a PDF with an image field or insert an image?

hi. i'm using cs3 acrobat 8.1 pro on mac. we're trying create one-page pdf we'll save , windows users on pc can open , add text fields to, area can insert image file (their logo). source file created in illustrator. have create document through acrobat these fields available them in version of acrobat or reader (where can add own content), or there way? not sure how best go it, if it's @ possible. thanks.

1.  create document in illustrator

2.  "save pdf" out of illustrator

3.  open pdf in acrobat.

4.  use form tools create fields

5.  save document in acrobat

6.  done.

 

you should ready distribute pdf form now.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
