Deleting a program stored in arduino using java

hello , new using arduino , using gui project receive , delete data(current time of system) it.

i able to  receive bytes of data , displayed in gui. not  able understand how delete data arduino using java.

the easiest way delete program upload example blink program in place.

if mean want delete data need tell data is.

maybe solution have function within arduino program deletes data in response message java program.
