temperature controller using a coil

hello,

my project temperature controller infant incubator,

 i make similar real incubators have:
( voltage controller connected heating element "coil" , fan of constant speed) using arduino.

so, needs automatically when temperature of incubator increases, voltage of coil decreases , when voltage decreases, heat of coil increases.

but have problem of finding suitable coil arduino.

 or
 
how can connect heating element(analog) , fan arduino ?

the arduino cannot power fan , heater directly, can provide control.

what going put in incubator?
