IIS 5.1 wants to download the page instead of executing it. Joomla 1014 - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

gday all,

i've installed joomla 1.0.14 under iis 5.1 , reason, when go localhost/joomla insists on wanting me download page instead of executing it.

i have tried can think of working far have failed. have several other installations of joomla, drupal , phpmyadmin installed on same server , working fine.

what missing here??

i've tried setting file permissions etc. still no luck. help!!!!!!

running windows xp pro
iis 5.1
php 5.2.2
mysql 5.0.45 community
