Video changing its framerates at random.

hi, have video i'm trying project with. however, person sent me video kinda noobish , unsure how has been encoded , not.

 

the file in mpeg format , seems have been captured older dv camera. person sent me video said filesize 9gb huge sent on internet realistically (which sucks).

these details given me multimedia reporter inside of super video encoder (my go tool basically). when put video adobe premiere pro cs3, , add timeline, , preview video file, shifty, there small amounts of time when video play normally, seems slow down , speed sorta catch when slowed down, , repeat process again , again.


i used 1 of default templates video. video project details have normal widescreen dv @ 48khz audio (29.97 fps believe). video entails use of 4 videos , single audio track, , while other videos seem play 0% problems, video continues irke ire.

 

the odd thing when play file in media player classic, video smooth butter. i'm guessing must within premiere or setting unsure of how modify. helpful ideas more welcome i'm hapless noob myself when comes video editing.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe
