Cannot install any components - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have been trying install components on joomla 1.5 site via admin panel, instal/unistall, following error message time try upload , install new component.

there error uploading file server.

i'm new joomla , not sure why happening.

is memory problem?

also cannot upload images via media panel. goes through te motions of uploading image directory after completion there has been no image uploaded , no error message...very strange.

any on appreciated.

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
