Help - I can't see my new components after install! - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello, i'm newbie joomla, please bear me...

i got done installing joomlacomment via component installation, , when finished joomla admin went blank page, insteaed of "installation success" page or that.

then figure, maybe joomlacomment not me, figured try mxcomment , tried install component, same thing happened - blank page!

then figure try , reinstall mx comment again, , error:

another component using directory: "/mnt/w1002/d06/s41/b02a73f0/www/techyartsy.com/components/com_maxcomment/"

i tried reinstall joomlacomment again, , got similar message respect com_comment/joscomment folder joomlacomment files stored in.

so figure, these must installed since i'm getting these messages, go main menu under "components," , don't see component titles "joomlacomment" or "mxcomment" whatsoever!

now dare not delete or take out folders @ point, might crash entire joomla website.  can me on this? can do? in advance!

go "components" folder , delete folder inside name, seems when tried install other component created folder

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
