Newbie question - uploading to Smugmug from PSE 7

pardon me if answered, simple question.  installed pse 7 on win xp , created album recent vacation trip.  upload album smugmug gallery.  don't see options smugmug/flickr/... in 'more options' menu within 'share'.  have set location 'usa & canada', says services date, see none of these online photo sharing services.  appreciated.

a frustrated newbie.

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
