Thread: Question about installing TexLive 2009

hey everyone,

i'm trying install texlive 2009 following instructions @ http://tug.org/texlive/quickinstall.html. unpacked in /usr/local/src. when run "./install-tl" got following message:

where should unpack tarball? need create subdirectory /texlive? can do? in advance kind of help.
