CS4 Photoshop 11.0.1 crash on startup.

i installed adobe creative suite 4 design standard.

 

installation went through fine, when try start photoshop runtime error.

 

error signature:

computer speccs :

 

ibm thinkpad t42

intel pentium mobile 1.7ghz

ati mobility radeon 7500

windows xp pro sp3 (updated date)

2gb ram

80gb hdd

 

sad have simular problem illustrator crash without error message.

 

i have tried uninstall , reinstall still same problem.

 

any advice on do?

your computer below system requirements adobe creative suite 4 design standard.

i see error related camera raw plug-in. try removing , re-installing since getting same thing in illustrator guess won't help.

you aren't going able on computer if eliminate error.
