Emailing form

i've used livecycle designer es create membership form needs emailed...but need able email form itself, not just data. possible? if not,how recipient supposed view data in format makes sense? instructions on email adobe can process data importing blank form...but how?? i've searched through file, , can't find anything.

 

second question: people don"t use eudora, outlook, or mail (in other words, gazillions of folks use yahoo or google mail or hotmail), there way don't have go through hassle of saving form , returning manually?? creates layer of work recipents--by having online form, we're trying makes things easier, not harder!

yes can email completed pdf need couple of things. not use email submit button in custom library. set send datafile. use regular button , set submit button. once make submit button new tab called submit appear. on tab can use mailto commands set address , prts of email want (simply type mailto search engine , plenty of hits describing command). in submit dropdown choose pdf. form ready go.

 

by default reader not submit pdf. have enable right this. open finished form in acrobat pro. under advanced menu choose enhance features in adobe reader. follow wizard , save file when complete. operation enable reader submit completed pdfs. can distribute form. license limited distribute form 500 unique addresses.

 

lastly integration mail clients done through exposed api. mail solutions speak of (google, hotmail, yahoo) not have mail client . web pages , such not have api interface hence forced send in attachments.
