Overriding text in table headers

hello,

 

i working on document in cs3 table flows across several columns. set 2 header rows appear in each column, wondered if it's going possible have override text in 1 of headers (it's row style want repeat, not text, needs "blah blah blah" in first column, "blah blah blah continued" in subsequent columns)?

 

does know if possible? hoping avoid moving rows around text in tables prone change.

table > table options > headers , footers > repeat header: every text column, , check skip first button.

 

this way can set first column way it, , set second column way rest.
