Displaying Font Preview

hi, i've been having tough time navigating desirable fonts , wondering if there anyway change display of font menu akin 1 in photoshop. i've attached picture show mean. ive tried prefrences > type menu, no avail.

illustrator macintosh not show font previews. because idea , adobe long ago closed idea department.

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
