Is there any possibility to use the gcc provided by the Arduino for Esp

i wanted know specific details of why can't use it? because of different architecture or fact esp uses python networking such compiler needs compiler python scripts as-well because python code in esp , sdk folder.

Error compiling for board Arduino/Genuino Uno.
