New to Andruino, Advise on what to buy

i looking buy first andruino if please point me in right direction can find inexpensive option.
i starting home automation business in south africa , estate planner proffesion.
i using andruino day job there specs need take consideration:
memory: 8 gig or higher
processor: icore 5 or higher
should able use windows 10
hd touch screen can use tablet compatible andruino.
microsoft offfice outlook 2016
essentially want best andruino can offer, compatible touch screen, keyboard , mouse. buying additional parts incrementally teach myself operation commands home automation.

none of arduinos can run windows (or other pc operating system). buy pc or laptop.
