kind: quicktime movie dimensions: 853 x 480 codecs: h.264, apple lossless channel count: 2 total bit rate: 3,668   i need cut chunk out of video, want maintain high quality possible. import settings should use within premier pro cs4, , export settings maintain same quality?   does require download of codecs don't come premier pro cs4 default?   thank you. i see 2 problems here.  first, h.264 lossy compression format.  can't both and apple lossless.  i'd question what's there.   second, premiere have tendency work best standard camera formats, clip not.  editor may better choice.  videohelp.com full of such things.
