good evening, after review, decided switch windows xp ubuntu given of things i've read, 1 thing missed however, how hard can connect internet. appear wireless card isn't suited os, i've read few posts claimed have way fix that, , i've tried i've read, such as: 1 - download driver , ndis , install it. i've burned files onto cd computer in house, running windows 7, ubuntu not reconize cd, , won't let me open it, other computer reconizes , allows me open it. 2 - i've loaded boot cd, , searched ndis, no file found. biggest problem face right computer cannot connect internet can't reach ethernet cable. can try , me out this? see far, , keep it, i've been reading , trying things last 4 hours, , patience wearing thin... input appreciated. cheers i have same card , working fin in ubuntu, version running?
