hi,   can tell me, if there's anyway speed performance of id cs4 debug. have tried helps, not enough:   i tried unchecking trace options, under test->performance chose no cache-checking (faster option), unchecked further test options, debug settings.xml file has set false.   the performance running extend script still 8-10 times slower non-debugged version. normal, , can more done speed near normal speed? how rearrange or otherwise customize desktop menus , icons in netbook remix? example, wish combine system tools , system menus, , want rearrange icons in favourites menu. there no control panel (that can find) let me this. not sure if it's same in netbook remix, in desktop version hit alt + f2 , type alacarte. we have created merged html project using rh7. output in chm format. when use search tab in merged chm file (parent chm file), parent chm file topics searched. child chm file topics not searched. search results parent chm file. however, when open of child projects separately, can use search tab find word , matching results. these results never listed while searching global merged chm file. should 1 of files in rh project manually tweaked? considered deleting cpd files did not help. global xpj file seems okay when opened notepad. listed right paths child chm files. hhp file tried edit not - hhp showed absolute paths, renamed relative paths. when regenerate chm files, hhp re-created absolute paths , there’s no way can control it. i trying troubleshoot issue user having bridge cs3. several selections "tools" menu have disappeard (not grey'd out, missing). 1 he's looking indesign contact sheet command. used have them , gone. i've compared preferences , identical. he's running tiger , i'm on leopard.   here's odd thing. version 2.1.1.9 , 2.1.0.100. yet when run software updates , adobe updater on computer, reports up-to-date. though our versions different, different oss, doesn't explain why used have , no longer does.   any thoughts? the 2.1.1 update can downloaded here - http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=3813   the indesign menu item comes script loading @ launch. can in preferences> startup scripts , see if present disabled. we running acrobat prof 8.1.5 windows xp prof.   when create pdf through indcs3 , hand tag original document in acrobat (which contains form fields), fine. when try update pdf file , maintain complete tag structure, use "insert pages" process keeps tags in place, delete the  old document pages @ beginning of pdf file. works of time. 1 of staff found though uses process, tags moved around. if extracts pages separate files, tags correct. when tries merge them 1 doc again, tags off.   we have forms updated after pdf file tagged accessibility. there easier way handle process.   ken panthen, albany, ny More discussions in Acrobat Windows (read-only) adobe
