just moved ubuntu xp. whole process has gone smoothly, left small problem (i.e. isn't affecting usability) don't seem able fix , can't find on forums/internet. have problem floppy drive, i've seen problem elsewhere in forums. it's dual boot system both ntfs , ext4 drives. visible , accessible. decided convert 1 of ntfs drive ext4. appeared successful , remounted ext4 drive. drive label "data". did have bit of problem getting remounted see/use under log-in opposed under root. it's @ point think did create problem. have 2 entries "data" in drop down menu places. true 1 shown standard hard drive icon, false 1 shown different icon - possibly external drive icon (note floppy drive showing same icon , can't access that, i've seen that's problem elsewhere in forums). can write , read true "data" hard drive. if click on other false "data" icon, message "mount: /dev/sdd1 moun...

hi, running ubuntu 9.1 , started having problem visual effects defaulting none instead of custom after reboot. can select custom , appears fine, after restart returns none. there anyway preferred setting can selected , remain selected until choose change it. thank you. try loading gconf-editor , navigate desktop > gnome > applications > window_manager , change default compiz. open gconf-editor, open run box pressing alt + f2 keys , type gconf-editor. hi all.   if have empty folder in local files, not upload server if click synchronize. folders upload if hold content. there way make dw upload empty folder?i couldn't find in preferences.   this became problem me other day when uploading files new cms. cms had empty resources folder didn't upload rest of files.   any suggestions?   (using dw cs3) just try put rather sync. hi. i'm using cs3 acrobat 8.1 pro on mac. we're trying create one-page pdf we'll save , windows users on pc can open , add text fields to, area can insert image file (their logo). source file created in illustrator. have create document through acrobat these fields available them in version of acrobat or reader (where can add own content), or there way? not sure how best go it, if it's @ possible. thanks. 1.  create document in illustrator 2.  "save pdf" out of illustrator 3.  open pdf in acrobat. 4.  use form tools create fields 5.  save document in acrobat 6.  done.   you should ready distribute pdf form now.
