Routing a Form to a preset Email address

hi,

 

i trying route form through series of preset email addresses. have designed form , able test creating process uses workspace invoke , route form , @ point trying use preset email addresses instead of "assign user" service operation had used test form using workspace.

 

here few questions came across mind when went acheving this:

 

1. should using "send document" email service operation in order route form preset email address?
2. how setup attachment form (pdf) initally filled while invoking process sent attachment preset email address?
3. after first user receives email attachment pdf form, user supposed fill additional data form , when user clicks on send/complete button form should routed preset email address. need setup "email endpoint" accomplish this?
   

routing forms through workspace seemed trivial, couldnt find guidance routing form through series of emails. new livecycle, help/adivse appreciated.

email support built process management suite. can work items in email in workspace. email must configured server can send them out. in adminui under process management service can choose server settings. there tab configuring email account task notification tab can customize of emails sent out. 1 last point ...make sure each form use has process fields object on them. these fields hold state information while task offline in email.
