hi all, had backed data on toshiba external drive , decided move home directory , looks did cut , paste opposed copy paste. had 50 g of data wanted moved, , in middle of move, looks screwed up. now, there no data on external drive (formatted fat 32) , own home directory has folder same name , has 550 mb! ok - now? ps : sorry if wrong topic, let me know if have move ... try testdisk (available via synaptic). if testdisk can read partition table might read files "deleted"(highlighted in red). can copy , save them. i had dig out old computer transfer files friend. dug out old floppies , installed ps 2.5.1 , aldus pagemaker 5.0. having bit of nostalgic flashback. need them on g5. the app folder whopping 4.9mb edit: i got them on g5 , can't believe how simple are. used them make magazines , cd covers , stuff. i keep old ibook g3 around os9 on , i've loaded adobe apps 1.0 through pre-cs xpress 2-4 , aldus stuff. really interesting try , efficiently work in today. i started working on site ( http://www.americansolaronline.com ) last week (unfortunately forgot , used ie 6 when entered text), entered text in frontpage manager , display ok. went through global configuration - reviewing various tabs , can't see text - says "no items display" when go edit , preview home page - text there. can think of may have inadvertently changed preventing text being viewed? i installed smoothrotator i've used on site - can see faint outline right of appears remaining area not being used images. there way center slideshow , keep faint outline displaying? i insert new logo fits in space green @ top of page - i'm having trouble also. displayed earlier - large. i've worked late - if point me in right direction - i'd indebted! i made snippet contains procedure steps 1 3. can't seem apply procedure list style snippet. understand snippet takes on style in destination topic - mean have create each step snippet? if have list style other default or you're using class, may need hard code style list items in snippet when insert topic, style applied correctly. i've found (in rh7) steps in snippet numbered correctly in middle of procedure, set steps in snippet list items without opening/closing <ol> or <ul> tags. then, when insert in topic, click , drag end of previous step, not new paragraph. makes numbering continue correctly. ben gryphonmountain.net More discussions in RoboHelp adobe

i haven’t worked dv 5 years. have been doing hdv since , haven‘t touched dv since then. use hours of rendering time needed now. i’m use exporting hd movie , running overnight because of time takes 65,000 frames. a couple of weeks ago, went on vacation , flew volcano country in oregon. due space constraints in luggage, took old dv camera instead of monster size hdv camcorder. i completed dv video, , rendering took 6 minutes, 3 video tracks in project. exporting standard def movie of 27 minute video took 7 minutes. (i prepared night) i’ve forgotten how fast exporting dv video is. but still, have preferred shooting in hdv, reality prevented that. had forgotten how fast old fashion format was. stunned how quick processing times dv. remembered how use think times slow. i stick 1080 , happy long processing times , let run overnight. worth hi-res. i think 5 years now, think how fast rendering times 1080 using now, because knows format using , how longer take. i‘m sure worth it. that

in detail: if run amarok right after ubuntu starts, , start movie, there no sound. doesn't matter playback in amarok paused, stopped or active, there no sound in other player. if exit amarok, don't sound. important note other player gnome application. tried playing song in rhythmbox after amarok started, or play video in movie player: no sound. sound kde video players, video doesn't work there, isn't option. explanation can think of, amarok somehow "occupies" sound drive, , remains "occupied" after application closed. because if start movie player before amarok, problem never appears. however, not solution start movie player after each system start-up avoid issue. appreciated. i having same problem. ever since 10.04 upgrade, if open amarock loose sound in flash, vlc etc. system sounds still intact. hi all, minute ago menus prefereences , administration under system vanished items under applications. managed fix latter deleting (moving actually) /home/username/.config/menus/applications.menu of changes made gone though. other 2 manus still gone. edit menus function (when rightclicking on menus) doesn't react when clicking on it. after searching find remotely related problems , fixed imply resetting whole desktop, not solution, more drastic last cry help. has encountered before , knows hoe fix and/or know might have caused problem? to give heads , since no reactions posted far, found solution. besides moving (or deleting) application.menu had move settings.menu well. going wrong alacarte pointed me ~/./config/menus folder. didn't know there settings.menu. after deleting file menus , alacarte runs fine again. hi there, i new photoshop lightroom 2 use library/organizer, , elements 7 use photo-editor pictures. until had pictures (about thousand) in explorer 'pictures' (where still are?) when put them in computer out of d80, , edited them (all jpegs) in either picasa 3 (free), or picnik ($25 yearly). should delete picasa, , picnik? or, because i'm set memory-wise (4 gb ram) leave them in computer? thank you. bill powers buffalo, ny ram has nothing how many programs use process/organize pictures. has how many programs run @ once , how memory-hungry programs are. as know, picasa catalog lightroom , references photos @ same location (my pictures folder?) lightroom does. so, hard-drive not issue too. might leave picasa if care, don't think need it, if start using lightroom seriously. picnik web-based, has nothing compyter's resources. costs 25$ drop if don't need it. สวัสดีตอนเช้าค่ะ มีปัญหามาถามอีกแล้วค่ะ คือว่าตอนนี้ใช้ joomla ร่วมกับ smf forum ค่ะ ใช้ smf bridge componant เรียนรู้ขั้นตอนการติดตั้งและใช้ร่วมกันจากกระทู้ วิธีการติดตั้งเว็บบอร์ด smf ใช้ร่วมกับ joomla! ซึ่งผ่านไปได้อย่างเรียบร้อยดีไม่มีปัญหาค่ะ ทั้ง joomla และ smf เลือกให้ใช้ สมาชิกร่วมกัน โดยสมัครสมาชิกผ่าน smf log in module ค่ะ สามารถ log in ครั้งเดียวแล้วใช้งานทั้งเว็บไซต์และบอร์ดได้ตามปกติ ปัญหาคือตอนแรกที่เว็บอยู่ในช่วงพัฒนายังไม่เปิดใช้งาน แล้วเปิดไว้แต่บอร์ดให้ใช้งานได้อย่างเดียว สมาชิกเลย register ผ่านทางหน้าบอร์ดโดยตรงค่ะ พอตอนนี้จะเปิดใช้งานเว็บ จำนวนสมาชิกที่แสดง ไม่ตรงกับสมาชิกในบอร์ด เพราะในบอร์ดมีประมาณ 400 กว่าคน แต่ joomla แสดงแค่ 16 คน (ที่ register ผ่านทางหน้าเว็บ (smf log in module) ตอนเปิดทดสอบ) ถึงแม้จะไม่มีรายชื่อ user อยู่ใน joomla แต่ก็สามารถ log in และใช้งานได้ตามปกติค่ะ แต่ว่าพอต้องการจะเปลี่ยนตำแหน่ง user บางคน ให้เป็น admin คนที่ไม่มีรายชื่ออยู่ใน joomla user มันไม่สามารถทำได้อ่ะค่ะ จะต้องทำยังไงให้จำนวน user ใน joomla โชว์เท่าๆ กับใน smf และแก้ไขต

hi, i'm researching alternative software replace our current label printing software. i'd know if adobe indesign contains drivers print zebra 110xiiiiplus , if support links databases population of barcodes? from see @ zebra's website, seems specialized label printer dedicated software extensive barcoding functionality. indesign, through either data merge workflow or xml import workflow accomplish labels barcoding. happens tagging info database graphic placed in indesign or using data in text barcode font. think first hurdle see how barcode information database translated/converted format compatible indesign's data merge/xml import. Mac OS X LSUIPresentationMode and Air

i'm having trouble getting lsuipresentationmode option in info.plist work air application. i'm trying hide os x dock , menu bar when launch app setting value of lsuipresentationmode 4. works fine in other applications, when make change air app, hides dock / menu bar brief moment, reappear. has had success making work? there other methods hiding menu , dock in air app? what i'm trying make app go full screen across 2 displays. if has had success doing that, please let me know. thanks! to resolve problem? i'm trying till today nothing. hej alle jeg har installeret og tilføjet den danske sprogpakke til cb 1.1 og der virker fint bortset fra følgende. i bl.a registreringssiden frontend er nogle af feltbeskrivelserne ikke oversat men har følgende navne eks. dit navn: _register_uname _register_email _register_pass _register_vpass virksomhed: by: state: lignende problemer er der også flere steder backend. for mig der absolut ikke er programmerinskyndig ser det ud til @ visse felter ikke bliver hente det korrekte sted og skiftet ud med korrekt indhold. er der nogen der har et bud på hvad der er galt og hvad jeg kan gøre. på forhånd tak thomas <--mod note jessdk: tråden er sat til løst--> jeg mener ikke @ der endnu er lavet en dansk sprogpakke til community builder 1.1, så den sprogpakke du har hentet er nok til community builder 1.0.1. og derfor passer de ikke sammen. venlig hilsen bakkegaard Board index Joomla!
