hello.   i having issue printing end of indesign (cs3 version 5.04). i'm trying distort document flexographic printing purposes. the dots in screened areas changing causing image change/degrade. the screened areas in text it's noticable because hard edges of text become jagged dots after 'scaling' distortion (print>setup>options>scale>height%>*unchecked constrained proportions).   image degredation present  in film after doing in indesign. quality fine printing @ constrained 100%. this problem not happening when send same image in quark document scaled down using there flexscale extension.   the document consists of placed photoshop.tiff file of greyscale screened type, nothing crazy.     any & appreciated .... ideas & theories well... out of curiosity, kind of rip/device printing to? can't seem duplicate printer is, believe, ignoring screening information indesign, , using own. printing separations, composite, or in-rip separations?   here&

ok, i've been trying wrap head around flex/actionscript several weeks now.  45 year old brain hurts.  here's am.  have datagrid populated via coldfuison component via flashremoting.  have form add new item database (lost ton of hair on one...couldn't 'get' idea had create instance of class, assign new values , pass object coldfusion cfc...but eventually, sunk in)...got form grow , shrink...and pretty sure can pretty validation , nice transitions.  however, having real trouble editing records datagrid.   i want populate form row datagrid when user clicks on row...and seems easy if form text fields, alas, 4 of them combo boxes...plus in form, combo boxes populated 4 separate remoteobject calls database...so how set selected value reflect on datagrid row...the text boxes seem pretty simple...but no matter try, can't value show correctly in comboboxes.  can combobox blank, or [object,object] or reflect no change...   so, below code...the function want populate form

first of have mention forum first forum doesnt support opera webbrowser. i'm writing in more 10 different forum-sites , have never had problem posting messages except on adobe forums.   flash has become international standard video , sound-media in web-pages. allmost share web-pages have flash on pages, not in world use windows , not in world use internet explorer. i glad when adobe start support linux flash 10 since earlier version 8 , 9 crap on linux. but still not good. flash on linux eat available memory og suck 90% cpu. if diable flash have no problems. this happens same on different linux distro , on different web-browsers.   this not enough!   are adobe going start support linux or adobe doesnt care? even microsoft have startet support silverlight on linux, took several years adobe think in these ways! its better know if adobe want support or not. easier deside if going support adobe. there still no planse photoshop cs linux , meen adobe dont care much!   -- best regard rs

i decided bite bullet , wiped starling clean of unr 9.04 , fresh install of unr 9.10. went smoothly until tried system76 driver , running. i've followed below instructions... if you've done fresh install of ubuntu 9.10... first, run system updates before running system76 driver. second, download , install 2.4.4 version of driver from... http://planet76.com/repositories ...it second link bottom. third, go the system76 driver , click restore tab , restore button. reboot computer. now, did install 2.4.5 version instead of 2.4.4 thinking driver had since been updated. after installing .deb package, open system76 driver application , click 'restore' indicated. of time tells me have no active internet connection (although i'm connected via wired connection). have gotten run once removing wired connection , plugging in. when did run, ran forever , had exit out. i've read posts possi

i've piece of vectorized art, apparent inset vector line not far inside original line.  however, when grab both pieces , scale dragging corner, inner piece stays still.  new feature or of cs4, or maybe setting have that's making happen?  attached part of file occurring. looking @ file attached, layer panel shows inner line guide, not regular path.  guide locked, can't move it.  unlock it, go view > guides > , deselect "lock guides".   if want convert guide path, select guide, go view > guides > release guides. to turn path guide, select view > guides > make guides. i read somewhere online card linux , actual cd comes card linux drivers, but, bought card 5 bucks no cd, , cant find drivers anywhere. nor can find instructions on getting card work. has had luck getting card work or can me working. thanks. i realize post months old,but hasn't recieved responses or updates. have card, have manual , cd. there no linux drivers on cd. manual doesn't mention squeak linux driver either, or website proprietary driver. using opensuse. inserted card because intel chipset wasn't working youtube (niether card though have apparently fidget flash settings anyway...) works out of box extent. system sound login/shutdown, dingsfor icons; etc. if start cd 1 media player (i forget not kaffeine though 1 giving me issues) play songs. won't autoplay cd's though, whenever login or put cd in tray, prompted device doesn't work. which, stated, extent. found post in search of
