i using auto-sizing popups display images in html project. when click on eyeglasses icon test images, popup fine. however, when generate help, 30% of images showing in .chm file when click on them. other ones show "page cannot displayed" when clicked on.   i looked @ actual code, , don't see difference between working correctly, , not.   any ideas appreciated. any idea why? pulling same image processed in ps, loses lot of impact when view same image in fireworks. subsequently working image in fw , pulling in ps remains duller, less saturated version of ps creation. ideas?   there colorspace compatibility issue?  have cs4 set srgb.   thanks thoughts or suggestions. if original image being edited in wider gamut rgb space (adobe rgb, prophoto rgb, etc), fireworks (which don't use) may assume the file srgb.  if case, display duller , flatter appeared in photoshop.  defacto standard internet srgb, recommend working in srgb images going web.  or, work in wider gamut space, convert srgb before bringing image fireworks.   .....oops....just saw comment cs4 set srgb.  not sure if fireworks color managed or not.  if not, may displaying file through calibration of monitor, without remapping colors.  fw might strip profile file in effort reduce file size.  mentioned, never used fw, don't know how business.   lou More discussions in Color mana

my new starling arrived today, looking ever cute. played around bit, , seemed working fine. noticing package definitions month out of date, told update notifier check updates , upgrade hundred-some-odd eligible packages. downloading them went fine, halfway through installation, machine froze solid. screen went black blinking white cursor , caps lock light flashed slowly. couldn't switch vt, nor reboot magic sysrq commands. therefore, i'm guessing kernel panic. hit power button reboot. os seemed come okay, keyboard , trackpad inoperative @ login screen. managed vt first setting keyboard raw mode (alt-sysrq-r) , switching tty1 (ctrl-alt-f1). there, completed update `sudo dpkg --configure -a`. worked, except needed download complete installation of new kernel. (i'm puzzled this, since seemed have been downloaded before upgrade started.) plugged in ethernet cord , re-ran dpkg command. reboot later , login screen still locked up. luckily,

hi all,   i've decided give dreamweaver go have cs4, rather "hand coding" everything, it's been while, , i'm getting used everything...   so first site i've created php/mysql site , have setup. have local/testing/remote files view working great, trotting along, want add include files put outside of web document root, e.g if web root /site/htdocs/ put files in /site/includes , include/require them needed. problem cant decide how make dreamweaver show these files/folders.   is choice move document/site root setting 1 directory? how effect site previews , other functionality?   thanks thread moved dreamweaver application development. hello joomla community, i installed joomla today , making first website. the issue i'm wondering this: website pretty low on content, don't need levels of nesting (sections -> categories -> content items). in fact, @ moment, don't need nesting @ all, meaning each of links menu link single html pages. so, should put content in content items (in case i'd need come hierarchy of sections , categories), or should enter content in boxes "descriptions" sections? i hope clear. example, want have link called "about us" on main menu. want link single html page. accomplish this, should create section named "about us", , enter content in "description" field? logical way seems to create content item named "about us", , link content item off main menu, have assign content item "about us" section , category, , haven't defined sections , categories yet. would appreciate advice! thanks, rex just  create static pages

sto portando avanti un progetto che comprende un arduino nano, un sensore mrfc522, un lcd i2c più vari pulsanti e attuatori che si "mangiano" quasi tutti pin digitali disposizione. restano 6 pin analogici e 2 pin digitali. dovendo introdurre anche un keypad 16 tasti, avevo pensato di sfruttare la configurazione con partitori resistivi, che consente di occupare un solo pin analogico. per provare il programma ho comprato un tastierino cinese tipo questo e ho montato lo schema suggerito qui . purtroppo non funziona. il motivo è semplice: tasti non hanno una resistenza di contatto molto piccola, che non influenzerebbe la rete esterna di resistori, ma una resistenza di parecchie decine di ohm, in alcuni casi anche 800 (e pure variabile), che falsano completamente risultati e introducono numeri caso o, talvolta, nessun numero. pazienza; in attesa di un nuovo keypad (stavolta non cinese) ho provato proseguire il progetto connettendo la tastiera in modo canonico (4 righe x

i wanted create footer menu 2 lines. since couldn't menu break wanted 1 menu module, work around create 2 menus "footermenu" (for top line) , "footermenu2" (for bottom line). each had own menu items , created positions them each called "footer" , "footer2". in css created 2 positioning divs called "footer" , footer2". (therefore control styling , position of 2 lines).  in index.php file template called each menu, placing footer1 above footer2. here code: the reason did way easy make edits, since each menu acts should normal joomla menu module. don't know if best or efficient way...but got job done. there's yet don't know Board index Joomla!
