okay here's deal... working good, happened, don't know what, , it's broke... me!!!
it's cpu scaling , dual mode modem aren't initializing on startup. cpu scaling starts in 'performance' mode , doesn't throttle 'on demand' should, , used to. modem starts usb mass storage device , boot process should, , used to, toggle modem mode.
looks user rights issue both devices require me sudo change userspace. i'm on 9.10 64bit new install, havent done abnormal system except change default lang utf-8 iso-8859. other i've installed packages synaptic, , done recommended updates. don't know problem started.
i'm noobee @ reading log files. half screenfull read before realize eyes crossing , brain has gone non-functional. here output dmesg... near end see recognize cricket(modem) device, see no errors...
