Javascript works in Firefox, not IE

hello,

 

the site www.lamps-on-line.com has rollovers , actions created few years ago (originally in golive) , these effects work in firefox, not in interenet explorer (ie7), displays page errors. there way fix this? acknowledge site needs replacing while it's still running client wants fixed.

 

i set test page @ www.lamps-on-line-com/test.html in took off rollovers , actions, , loads ok don't want have resort doing on every page.

 

i wondered if somrthing 'doctype'?

 

i've seen discussions things working in ie not firefox. problem seems less common?

the absence of valid document type problem.  without one, page renders in quirks mode. in dw, hit file > convert > select html 4.01 transitional to see if helps.

 

additionally, there 350 code validation errors on page causing problems.   think serious rebuild in immediate future. see below details.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
