Large gear motor with Arduino UNO

hi can me wiring metal high torque dc gear motor arduino uno? have searched on google couldnt find. need when push button pressed motor has rotate 10 seconds , stop. when push button pressed should rotate the other direction 10 seconds , stop. thinking control motor l298 motor controller , power supply of 12v. because motor using has lot of torque (stall torque 4kg)? below image found similar.
