Communication problems between arduino and labview

hi everyone, have little problem arduino mega, problem doing serial projects , ok, trying basic reading analog values potenciometer pin a0, in labview elaborate de vi necesary things, values shows in labview 1 second , dissapear, believe have problem arduino because check pins , read monitor serie , ok too, change arduino , communication perfect, me, supose have reset arduino mega not sure problem.
