Linking to another PDF within a PDF

we working on pdf student text book. illustrations linked larger versions of same illustrations, on individual pdfs. can create links, whenever move whole set of files, including linked files (by uploading them server, e-mailing them, etc), link still looking our local network path, , therefore links broken on other user's machines.

we know there's way links don't break, , direct general "links" folder path, can't figure out how it. advice?

the best way create directory everyting working make sure named public_html.

you need 1 index.htl page openning page , need 1 link first pdf.

make sure works upload directory , web site.

in name box @ top (using dreamweaver create page make sure name same site name when type site name , hit enter or return goes right page.

and sure save relative paths not absolute paths. absolute paths cause no end of pain.

when go started website try top open links , broken open orginal document , find absolute path , change relative , re upload. work fine.

see problem is not taken while diretor might public html harddrive name> directory >.

then when uploaded lunarpages > directory. relative means relative directory files on. absolute means absolutely in location if been moved.
