Need Help Importing Video Files Into Premiere Pro 1.5

hello,

 

i bought jvc everio built in hard drive need capturing anymore. anyway, when went import footage recorded on camera, premiere says "file format not supported". when dragged clips off of jvc's harddrive each clip had 2 files 1 type .moi , other type of clip said mov , clip number mov042 clip number 42. need type of video converter open these in premiere? can't import them in windows movie maker, don't need great quality or music performance clips wanted throw on youtube. advice appreciated.

i thought jvc did these .mod files. there has been discussion on pe forum regarding these files. first thing i'd g-spot , run 1 of these files through it. little program tell codec's are, needed, , whether have them installed.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
