CS4 - My 4:3 Menu design imports as 16:9

my 4:3 menu design imports 16:9 , not display right after select 4:3 aspect ratio in basic properties dialog box.  click on "correct menu pixels tv display" , in menu display apper correct.  when right click on menu , press "preview here" shows black bars on sides.  doing wrong , how fix this?  using cs4 matrox rt.x2 card , xtools v 4.0.1

by way.  yes image size in photoshop 720 x 480 pixel aspect ratio of 9.  have black edges along sides of menus in encore cs4.

 

please help!

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
