How to keep page always centered when resizing browser?

hello there,

i'm starting use dreamweaver (cs3) again after on 2 years of non-use. can't seem figure out how keep pages centered when browser being resized (or how have page resize automatically fit smaller display). i've spent last 2 days searching on forum answer applies problem, , still i'm lost.

if helps, div(s) not housed within container.

here links sites:

thanks in advance everyone's help!

the major problem using absolutely positioned divs in both links referenced.

this not optimum way lay out page.  ap div stay @ whatever co-ordinates has been given.

reason why shouldn't use ap divs unless understand consequences of doing so:

in reality, pages quite simple in need are

1.  wrapper div hold content , set centering

2. div flash content

3. footer div hold navigation bar

no absolute positioning needed @ all.

a couple of tutorials understand basics using divs , css styling:
