Move from 1.5 beta to 1.5 stable? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have small (6 pages) live site using 1.5 beta. version info is:
joomla! 1.5.0 beta [ khepri ] 12-oct-2006 00:00 gmt

i want move using latest stable. can't find topic on this. understand there's no upgrade path, i'm prepared delete installation , reinstall if necessary, find how this.

i know how delete database , create new one.

but how delete current install of 1.5 beta? can't tell folders/file in public_html folder joomla files.
i'm afraid copy files... won't leave unneeded junk on server?

make copy of files , database (configuration.php handy example).

if want deinstall, first uninstall 3rd party extensions (including templates) if have any.

then download 1.5 final pc, , extract it. can see directories , files in root of install joomla's. compare live site, , should know joomla , not.

Installation database is corrupt

dear all,   last month installed trial version of cs3 on pc , when decided install extended version of cs3, it  didn't install.  learned adobe use wincs3clean script, downloaded , ran on computer, using level 1. after tried installing extended version of cs3 got message "installation database corrupt" , can't install cs3.  can me , let me know how solve problem? use windows, xp 2. appreciate help. charleshhh install what... disc or download   if download... rename original , download again... downloads corrupted More discussions in Photoshop Windows (read only) adobe

esp8266 (nodemcu 0.9) client.write très lent ???
