TV Repair - Accidentally brought to life (momentarily) with DMM!
i probing voltages on pins of tvs logic board (going time-control board) , came life!
the power supply did not sound healthy me, maybe i'm mistaken.
i'm trying video uploaded listen sound makes.
after power cycled tv was dead once again , not reproduce probing brought life.
specs:
vizio led tv e70u-d3 (70")

original problem:
it reported me tv became increasingly unstable.
it turn off after few minutes, , there distortions on screen.
finally tv display nothing @ all.
the power cable replaced, , tv power cycled. both attempts seemed correct problem, white power led illuminate few seconds , go out after minute, there no longer display shown on screen.
trouble shooting technique.
i intend check power supply capacitors, move stand power, voltage regulators, , voltage levels on other boards.
the red label "12.3v" pin probing when tv came life.
with tv plugged in, in stand mode, there 0volts on these pins, after power button pressed 4/7 of them 12.3 volts.
i checking when sudden power supply booted (noisily) , screen lit up.
i able feed signal tv, , displayed fine (just noisy power supply ears)
the 2nd photo shows diagnostics of power supply.
pin 13 labeled "ps-on" has 0 volts in standby mode , 5v when power button pressed.
the voltage persistent on pin, "power" led stays lit 5 seconds before fading out. after witch can again power on brief time.
i not sure if power supply quality underlying issue, or if there fault on main logic board.
can suggest how can test this?

and has got arduino?
it common knowledge tvs stop working after few years because of bad caps.
if you're lucky find 1 bulging top.
if not, use esr meter , test every cap (especially in power supply).
