Form Submit Failure

i created form e-mail submit button. tested form, locally (successfully), , published it. received feedback users (maybe tried use submit button) not return form e-mail. cannot troubleshoot problem.

 

any suggestions how fix , make form work supposed to?

 

my first thought form/submit button not start user's e-mail application because used internet-based application. g-mail or hotmail.

 

then learned each form has given "user rights" user can save form reader. since e-mail submit button causes form sent attachment e-mail message, because can't saved short-circuits process entirely?

submittion email not trustworthy. depends upon person having appropriate email client. if web mail fail. use unapproved email client may fail. best way post form on web , have write script handle submission of form values.
