How I could migrate my actual site to Joomla? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello guys, intrested on migrate web-site joomla.

there on site.
many pages "made in microsoft frontpage"
news with: "cutenews"
a forum "invision power board"

i need best pratices migrate content.

thanks in advance.

site: www.powersonic.com.br
forum: www.powersonic.com.br/forum

depending on how fast site gets new content i've seen websites migrate new options (cms, hands on, wiki, etc) moving old site subdirectory , linking directly.  have new site at:
http://mysupercoolsite.com
and then:
http://mysupercoolsite.com/old

would old content.  still searchable , linkable, old links broken (kind of difficult around without hefty code work) , have manually place link somewhere on new site , explain content , why changed.

other that, can't discard our old data , have clean new site "move forward" with, in process of migrating old data.  copying , pasting new articles , creating sections based off of our old static menu system.  whole lot of work (probably solid week or 2 of 1 person working every day) front big payoff in long run.
with way doing won't have need have link old site content migrated new one, , depending on link external link references may still work sef/seo settings turned on.
