Newbie - need help with distiller

well since installing acrobat std 9

the distiller has change, in distiller 5, distill lets 20 documents together.

each individual documents size of lets 50 mb, , can choose insert docuemtns particular area of base documents.

but distiller 9, can't select multiple documents together, following error "

i couldn't find function insert other pdf documents distilled documents either?

to convert file using pdf printer in acrobat 9 take longer,

again using example above convert 20 word doc 50 mb each take 5 min in distiller 9, else adobe printer in 1 hour.

once distilled documents in distiller5 , combined pages reduce have been 1 gigpdf file, 100 mb file.

it seem distiller 9 has lost functionality of distiller 5 , alot of user's can't use new acrobat 9 version.

it seem become such waste can no longer our tender documents using acrobat 9.

untill functionality of distiller 9 anywere near distiller 5.

i have try using adobe portfolio, ad multiple word documents.

but when convert them pdf turn them 1 portfolio.pdf files.

whic become more complex if want tadd 1 or 2 pages of documents documents main pdf file.

as have remember in portolio.pdf files page need instead od previous distiller 5, allow chose individual pdf file again file have conver pdf?

can done if convert individual pdf convetrted word file postscripts file?
