.NEF Files in Bridge 2.1.1.9

i'm looking on matter:

for years  used canon digital cameras , thumbnails in bridge weren't affected auto correction.

now company gave me nikon cameras.

the problem appears when preview thumbnails of the  nikon .nef files, bridge makes auto correction, thus, can't see or correct files taken camera.

 

i had same problem in past canon .cr2 files, in someway found solution (trial , error.)

 

i'm using photoshop cs3  version 10.0.1 , bridge 2.1.1.9.

anybody can me?

raw images that, unprocessed.  have acr set auto or default (just above exposure)?   take nef , jpeg of same shot see how acr presenting it.  may have adjust defalut setting, , set new default,  more closely mirror jpeg.

 

in cs4 there option use jpeg thumbnails recorded camera.  option not available in cs3.
